Acecan-SP is a combination tablet containing Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. It is formulated to provide support in managing pain, inflammation and associated swelling. The combination brings together an analgesic and anti-inflammatory component with Serratiopeptidase, which is commonly used as an adjunct for reducing inflammatory swelling.
